Quatal Canyon Road
This is a second road, quite close to Apache Canyon Road, and quite similar in some ways: a dirt road running along beside a sandy wash. A ride of 2009:05:25, the same day as we visited Apache Canyon Road.
After banging around on some trails next to the road, we head back down the road towards the car. John takes some “eat my dust in the sunset” photos of Matt and Kyle vanishing into the distance.

…and wheelies! Unfortunately I failed to get a picture of him shooting the bike entirely out from under himself and practically having it fall backwards on him, because John and I were laughing too hard.

Right at the intersection of Quatal Canyon Road and the 33, while we paused to check that the bikes are okay on the trailer.
